While she later confirmed that she eventually switched from Ozempic to a low dose of Mounjaro (in addition to working out), she said using GLP-1s to shrink her body brought back disordered eating habits<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n\tShe described her three years on Ozempic as \u201cprobably one of the worst things I\u2019ve ever done for myself,\u201d writing that the mental strain far outweighed any physical results.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cMy internal system is forever changed since taking the meds,\u201d McGraw wrote. \u201cYes, it [expletive] worked and made my PCOS symptoms easier to control, but it also brought back my ED and negative views on my body.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tMcGraw also addressed the broader online discourse around celebrity body image, noting that public concern over alarming body trends comes from empathy, not body-shaming.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cTelling people to not speak on this is incredibly wrong and damaging,\u201d McGraw wrote. \u201cIt\u2019s promoting created thinness as [a] goal, not as danger.
