\n\tFull House<\/em> star Jodie Sweetin<\/a> is sharing a positive update on Dave Coulier<\/a>\u2019s health following his back-to-back battles with cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cHe\u2019s doing great,\u201d Sweetin told People<\/em><\/a> at the Scleroderma Research Foundation\u2019s Cool Comedy Hot Cuisine fundraiser on Tuesday. Her update comes eight months after Coulier shared that both cancers were in remission.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tTwo Cancer Diagnoses in Just Over a Year\t<\/h2>\n

\n\tCoulier first spoke publicly about his lymphoma diagnosis<\/a> in November 2024. In December 2025, he revealed that doctors had found p16-positive squamous cell carcinoma<\/a> at the base of his tongue. The second cancer<\/a>, he said, was unrelated to the lymphoma.<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring a February appearance on Good Morning America<\/em><\/a>, Coulier explained that a PET scan at a lymphoma follow-up appointment picked up something in his throat. Doctors performed a biopsy, which confirmed the diagnosis. He credited those checkups with helping them catch it early.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s been a roller coaster ride for sure,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m in remission with both cancers. And what a journey this has been.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\tRemission Wasn\u2019t the End of His Recovery\t<\/h2>\n

\n\tMonths later, Coulier addressed fans\u2019 questions about his appearance and changes to his voice.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhat you\u2019re seeing is the side effects of extensive radiation that I went through for carcinoma in my throat,\u201d he said in a May Instagram video<\/a>. \u201cI haven\u2019t been able to eat solid food in months, so I\u2019ve lost 45 lbs.\u201d He added that treatment had affected his ability to speak and that his hair was growing back after chemotherapy for lymphoma.<\/p>\n

\n\tHe also shared some encouraging news: his latest PET scans looked good for both cancers. He said he was keeping busy with artwork and creative writing.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tStill Showing Up for Each Other\t<\/h2>\n

\n\tTo celebrate his health and catch up in person, Sweetin and Andrea Barber<\/a>, who played the eccentric next-door neighbor Kimmy Gibbler, recently spent a weekend at Coulier\u2019s home in Michigan. While in town, the trio attended The Coney<\/a>, a fundraiser supporting arts programs in Detroit, which Sweetin described as \u201cso much fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSeeing Coulier healthy after \u201csuch a tough battle\u201d put everything into perspective for the actress. Rather than focusing on grand gestures, she said that the quiet parts of the trip were the most impactful.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSitting around and having coffee with him in the morning meant so much,\u201d she told the outlet. Decades after their hit sitcom wrapped, Sweeten emphasized that the cast is still \u201cobnoxiously annoyingly close.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
