\n\tOn a recent episode of her Brandi Unfiltered<\/em><\/a> podcast, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em> alum told her co-host, James Maas, that her doctor is \u201ctaking my face off on Friday and going to do an exploratory surgery to kind of do a power wash under my skin.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe reality star says she hopes that the exploratory surgery will help explain the strange symptoms she\u2019s been dealing with for the last few years.<\/p>\n

\n\tGlanville said her doctors identified \u201ctwo definite spots, like either fungal balls or something alive\u201d \u2014 she believes the latter.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI think it\u2019s alive personally \u2018cause it moves when it wants,\u201d she said. When Maas asked whether the surgeon would be able to peel back her face to examine the spots, Glanville replied, \u201cAnd he just cuts it out.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this month, she said doctors planned to examine her eustachian tubes<\/a>, sinuses, and gums. \u201cThey\u2019re going to go in and hopefully put a balloon in my eustachian tubes and clear that out so that everything can drain,\u201d she said at the time.<\/p>\n

\n\tShe\u2019s also described hearing and feeling a rattling sensation near her jawline. The changes have left her worried about her health, not just her appearance. \u201cI\u2019m afraid for my health. Like, I don\u2019t know what\u2019s making me sick,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\n\tGlanville began experiencing symptoms years ago in her face, cheek, and jaw.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThen it went over my head, back in my neck. Now it\u2019s down my spine,\u201d she told Maas. She\u2019s \u201csuper excited\u201d to finally get some answers, but \u201cscared to death.\u201d She added, \u201cI\u2019ve never had facial surgery.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThere\u2019s the cost to consider, too. She said she would owe $5,000 on top of whatever insurance covered, and friends have started a GoFundMe<\/a> to help with treatment expenses. After years of symptoms and medical appointments, paying for another procedure adds one more worry.<\/p>\n
