Kelly Osbourne is setting the record straight about her health, her body, and the absolute hell she’s been through over the past 12 months.

In a recent interview with The Sun, the 41-year-old former reality star didn’t hold back when discussing her drastic weight loss ahead of the February 2026 BRIT Awards — and shared that she’s gained nearly 30 pounds since the show.

Looking back at photos from the awards show, Osbourne admitted she was “shocked” by her appearance.

“I didn’t know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures,” she told the outlet. “When I saw them, I couldn’t f—ing believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.”

Surviving ‘The Worst Year’

Osbourne’s physical changes were a result of her grief. After losing her father, rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, and going through a breakup with her fiancé Sid Wilson shortly after, she bluntly called the past 12 months “the worst year” of her life.

“I know this sounds woo-woo, but I do candle magic a lot,” she shared. “I went to my dad’s grave with a white candle, and I wrote a wish on it saying, ‘Please help me,’” she continued. “The next day, my mom showed up in a black Mercedes with a man in a mustard-colored jacket.”

While Osbourne immediately assumed her mom, Sharon, was packing her off to rehab, the man was actually therapist and life coach Chris Miller. Today, Osbourne says the unexpected introduction saved her life and changed her “in so many ways I never thought possible.”

Shutting Down the Surgery Rumors

Osbourne has grown up under a microscope, but that hasn’t made the constant public scrutiny any easier to deal with. She pointed out that people are rarely kind about her appearance, especially when they assume she’s been secretly altering her face and body.

She quickly put those rumors to rest. “I’ve not f—ing had plastic surgery,” she said, before clarifying that the only work she gets is Botox between her eyebrows and in her jaw to help with severe migraines caused by teeth grinding.

“This is the face that God and my family gave me, and whether you like it or not, that’s up to you, but I’m alright with it,” she continued.

She did, however, joke about keeping her options open as she gets older, adding that if she ever develops a “chicken neck,” she’ll have it removed, and she isn’t opposed to a breast lift down the line — just no implants.
